Eligibility for Exchanges:

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

Returns must be initiated within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Sale, discounted, or custom-stitched items are non-exchangeable.
Process

Email us at parisaehsan7@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Our team will review your request and share return instructions.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection.
Refunds
- We do not offer refunds
- We do not offer exchange or refund for international customers
- For international customers with orders delivered in Pakistan, the recipient must check and report issues within 48 hours of receipt. Beyond this period, Parisa Ehsan will not entertain exchanges, refunds, chargebacks, or compensation.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or wrong size (subject to availability).
